The name change was prompted by the retirement of partners Eugene Morosoli and Thomas Maser and takes the firm back 20 years to its original moniker – the names of firm founders Timothy Tomlinson and William E. Zisko.

“We like to think of it as the same unsurpassed legal expertise, only with fewer syllables,” quipped Zisko, managing partner of Tomlinson Zisko. “Since founding the firm nearly 20 years ago, we have evolved with business in the Valley – from the real estate and construction work for which Gene and Tom are known to the tech-heavy and internationally oriented transactional, corporate and intellectual property offerings that Tim and I have spearheaded.”

In conjunction with the name change, the firm made key enhancements to its Web site – http://www.tzllp.com - by rebuilding the site with Workbox's CUT™ so their team can keep it up-to-date without having to edit HTML code.
